Once the project work has started and resources have been allocated, payments are generally non-refundable.

2. Advance Payments

For most projects, we require an advance payment before starting the work. This advance payment is used for project planning, design, and development setup, and cannot be refunded once the work begins.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• Payment was made due to a technical error or duplicate transaction.

• We are unable to deliver the agreed service.
